2911 Pathways is dedicated to closing the gap between planning and practice for youth with disabilities by providing real-world, hands-on experiences that build independence, confidence, and lifelong skills.
Our mission goes beyond simply offering support—we are committed to helping youth move beyond goals and into meaningful, everyday experiences that prepare them for life beyond school. Through structured programming, community-based learning, and intentional skill development, we create opportunities for youth to practice independence in real and relevant ways.
We believe that true growth happens through experience, repetition, and exposure—not just instruction. That’s why our work focuses on equipping students with the practical tools they need to navigate their homes, communities, and future workplaces with confidence.
In addition to supporting students, 2911 Pathways partners with families, educators, and the community to strengthen the transition process as a whole. We provide guidance, resources, and collaboration opportunities that help ensure youth are not only supported—but truly prepared.
Our commitment extends beyond individual programs. We are working to build a community where youth with disabilities are encouraged to grow, supported in their journey, and equipped to live independent, meaningful lives.
Because youth deserve more than access—they deserve outcomes.
Our goal is to uplift our community by increasing awareness, access, and opportunities for youth with disabilities and their families. Through workshops, partnerships, and resource sharing, we work to create environments where inclusion is not just encouraged—but actively practiced.
The name 29:11 Pathways is rooted in a verse that has guided our Founder through some of the most defining moments of her work:
Jeremiah 29:11
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
But this verse was never just something to read—it became something to live out.
Throughout her years in special education, our Founder worked with students whose potential was often underestimated.
Plans were written. Goals were created.
But too often, those plans didn’t fully reflect what students were truly capable of becoming.
This line became a reminder: every student has a purpose, a path, and the ability to grow beyond what’s immediately seen.
She saw firsthand how, even with good intentions, systems can sometimes limit opportunities instead of expanding them. Not because people didn’t care—but because of time, resources, and structure. This part of the verse became a call to action: to advocate, to push, and to create spaces where students are given opportunities to truly grow—not just be present.
In moments where families felt uncertain about what life after school would look like…
in moments where progress felt slow…Hope mattered.
Through teaching, coaching, and advocating, our Founder worked to ensure that students and families didn’t just hear what was possible—but began to see it, experience it, and believe it.
Transition is about more than completing a program or graduating. It’s about what comes next. A future where students can:
This is the work.
Because no two journeys look the same.
Every individual’s path to independence is unique—and it takes guidance, support, and real-life experiences to walk it successfully.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.
We believe in creating pathways—intentional, supportive, and built for real life.
29:11 Pathways is more than a name.
It represents:

At 2911 Pathways, our programs are designed to engage the whole individual in a safe, supportive, and structured environment. Each week, students participate in meaningful learning experiences that promote independence, confidence, and real-world readiness, all while enjoying a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere after a school day.
Activities include practical life skills such as meal preparation, home routines, money awareness, and community readiness, alongside social and recreational experiences that encourage connection and teamwork. Students also participate in vocational skill-building tasks, educational games, creative projects, and group activities that enhance their communication, responsibility, and problem-solving skills.
Recreation and leisure are intentionally woven into the program through movement activities, games, art, music, and collaborative challenges. These experiences support social development, emotional well-being, and positive peer relationships while helping students learn how to enjoy and manage free time appropriately.
Every activity is designed with purpose—building skills that transfer beyond the program while honoring each individual's abilities. Through encouragement, structure, and compassion, students are supported as they grow in confidence, form friendships, and take meaningful steps toward independence.
