This organization was built from years of hands-on experience in special education.
Our Founder, Brittany Rudd, has served in multiple roles across the field—from paraprofessional to teacher, to instructional leader and transition specialist—working directly with students with disabilities in both school and community settings.
Early in her career, she noticed something that didn’t sit right.
During Physical Education, many students with disabilities were often on the sidelines—watching instead of participating.
Instead of accepting it, she went looking for solutions.
That search led her to pursue and complete a graduate program in Adapted Physical Education—equipping her to transform experiences for students and support campuses across Texas.
But more importantly, it revealed something deeper:
When a gap exists, she doesn’t wait—she builds solutions that change outcomes.
And over time, she saw that same pattern show up again—this time in transition.
Why We Exist
Educators are working hard—but when it comes to preparing students for life after high school, there are gaps in time, resources, and real-world application.
So once again—she built something to close the gap.
We exist to bridge the space between what’s written in the plan and what’s lived in real life—through hands-on experiences that build independence over time.
